Room Hire

A great venue in the heart of Saltaire. We have four rooms of different sizes, including the Church, and our own kitchen. If you would like to hire a room, please contact, Mrs Marian Mawson on 01274 585572

Bible Study & Prayers, Monday

Monday Bible Study and Prayers group, meets in the church lounge  at 19:30 on the third Monday each month.  

Karate, Monday

Karate group meets Monday at 18:15

Pregnancy Yoga Class, Monday

Pregnancy yoga class meet Monday 18:00

Keep Fit, Monday

Keep fit class meet on Monday 19:45

Arts Group, Wednesday

An informal art group which meets on Wednesday mornings from 9.30 - 12 noon in Saltaire Methodist Church lounge.   At present we do not pay per session, but there is an annual subscription of £50 and from next year there is likely to be a charge of £1 per session which covers drinks and biscuits. We do not do a large painting now as we used to do. We do our own paintings and have occasional workshops provided by visiting artists. We also have two exhibitions per year in May and September at the church.

Women's Fellowship, Wednesday 

We are a small, friendly, and lively group of ladies.  

We meet in the Church Lounge, at 2.30 p.m on the 2nd. and 4th  Wednesdays of each month.   We have a time of prayer and reflection, followed by a variety of activities, sometimes with an invited speaker.   Tea and biscuits  complete our afternoon. 

Salt & Light, Thursday

An informal prayer group that meets on the first Thursday of the month at Marian’s house, 1 Avondale Grove in Shipley.  Join us for tea or coffee from 10 a.m. prior to a 10.30 start for the meeting. All are very welcome.

Table Tennis Group, Thursday 

We are a small friendly group who enjoy table tennis.  We meet on Thursdays at 19:30 in the church lounge.  If you enjoy wielding a bat, we would like you to join us.  £1.50 includes tea and biscuits.  

Toddlers Group

Tuesdays between 13:30 and 15:00 just turn up.
